Dear Valued Customers:

As part of our ever growing and upgrading network, we will be performing a maintenance in our MIAMI, FL (This does not affect our shared hosting clients) location tonight.
This is the initial part of several maintenances upcoming in the next few weeks which are part of a large investment in the expansion of the Miami, FL network to support current growth patterns and predictions.


DATE: January 24th, 2012 (TONIGHT)
TIME: 1AM Eastern Standard Time (10PM PST, 11PM CST)
Expected Outcome: No downtime or service interruptions, however there is the possibility of a small service interruption.

Description: A maintenance on specific router blades in our CORE routers are required to be completed on an emergency basis, thus the reason for the short announcement window. We do not expect a service interruption to be experienced, however due to the possibility of one occuring, we are notifying you in advance of the maintenance.
If an outage is experienced, it may require the rebooting of the routers which will cause a 10-15 minute service interruption as the routers come back online and BGP reconverges.


We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through upgrading the Miami, FL network to be as reliable and high performing as you expect.
