Currently we are experiencing an IP routing issue that is outside of our control. This only impacts our clients in the Los Angeles datacenter. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

At this time we do not have an estimated time of resolution. However, we are being told that all available resources are being committed to fixing this issue.

We will update this approximately every half hour with any news or new developments. Again, we offer our sincerest apologies to all clients impacted by this routing issue.

**EDIT

As of 10:30 am CST, we have yet to receive any new updates but are being told that the issue is being addressed

**EDIT

We are currently working with the datacenter to rebuild all routing tables. Our next step will be a forced refresh which we hope will resolve the issue.

**EDIT

As of 11:30 am CST, we’re rebuilding the ARP tables, IP’s are now coming back online. Some customers have already experienced resolution and all others should expect the same.

**EDIT

As of 12:00 pm CST, all ARP tables appear to have been rebuilt. If you are still experiencing issues please submit a ticket so we can address. Thank you for your patience.
